Our position on cookies

Jenkins Family Office GmbH uses only essential site, security and inquiry-form protection cookies. No advertising or behavioural tracking.

We use no analytics platform, no advertising network, no social media pixels and no cross-site identifiers. Nothing on this site builds a profile of you or follows you elsewhere on the internet.

What is stored

The following items may be stored by your browser:

• jfo-cookie-notice-acknowledged — a local storage entry recording that you have dismissed the cookie notice, so that it is not shown again. Retained until you clear your browser storage.
• jfo-inquiry-submissions — a local storage entry holding timestamps of recent inquiry submissions, used solely to limit automated abuse of the contact form. Entries older than ten minutes are discarded.
• Security and session cookies — where set by our hosting provider to maintain site integrity, mitigate abuse and balance load. These are strictly necessary and carry no marketing function.

Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies and equivalent local storage may be used without consent under Swiss law and Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in EU member states, because they are essential to providing the service you have requested.
