The office was formed around a single conviction: that most families with substantial assets are served by institutions whose economics quietly conflict with their own. Products carry embedded fees. Advice carries distribution incentives. Reporting arrives late, in fragments, from four counterparties who do not speak to one another.

Jenkins Family Office GmbH is structured to remove those conflicts rather than manage them. We charge a flat, disclosed fee. We accept no retrocessions, placement fees or rebates of any kind. Where a third party is required — a custodian, an auditor, a jurisdictional counsel — they are selected on merit and disclosed in full.

Our remit covers the acquisition, management, stewardship and disposal of domestic and foreign assets: operating companies, listed and private securities, real property, land, and the structures that hold them. We work in English and German, and across Swiss, EU, UK and Asia-Pacific jurisdictions with local counsel.

Meetings are held by appointment at the registered office or at a location convenient to the principal. Initial conversations are typically held remotely and under a mutual confidentiality understanding before any documentation is exchanged.
