Stewardship of capital across generations.

Jenkins Family Office GmbH acquires, manages and disposes of domestic and foreign assets on behalf of a small number of principals, founders and multi-generational families. We hold no products, take no commissions, and answer to no distributor.

(01) — Approach

Three mandates, drawn narrowly.

We do a small number of things for a small number of families, and decline the rest.

01

Asset Advisory

We acquire, hold and dispose of domestic and foreign assets on behalf of principals. Mandates are drawn narrowly, priced transparently, and executed with a single point of accountability. Positions are underwritten on a decade horizon rather than a quarterly one.

02

Family Office Services

Consolidated reporting, treasury and liquidity oversight, counterparty selection, custody arrangements and administration across jurisdictions. The office operates as the principal's internal function, independent of any product distributor or balance sheet.

03

Succession & Transition

Structuring for the transfer of operating companies, real assets and financial capital between generations. We work alongside existing counsel and auditors, coordinating governance, family charters and the sequencing of a transition over years.

(02) — Portfolio

Indicative allocation.

A representative discretionary mandate. Actual allocation is set per principal and reviewed annually.

(03) — Principles

Five tenets we do not trade away.

01

Discretion

Nothing about a client relationship is a marketing asset. No names, no logos, no case studies with identifiers.

02

Alignment

Fees are flat and disclosed. We do not accept retrocessions, placement fees or distribution economics of any kind.

03

Long horizons

Capital is underwritten across generations. We would rather be judged over a decade than a quarter.

04

Concentration over diversification

A small number of positions understood deeply beats a long list understood loosely.

05

Boring compounding

Most of the return comes from not interrupting it. Activity is a cost, not a virtue.

(04) — Engagements

Recent work, anonymised.

No names, no logos, no identifying detail. This is the most we will ever publish.

European industrial family — succession structuring

(06) — Testimony

In their words.

“They said no to three of our four ideas and were right about all three. That is what we pay for.”
— Principal, industrial family, DACH
“The first office we have worked with that has no product to sell us. The conversation changes entirely.”
— Second-generation principal, Northern Europe
“Discreet to the point of invisibility, and completely present when it matters.”
— Founder, post-exit mandate, APAC
